TENSA at Ultrasound: DJs and Feedback

TENSA at Ultrasound: DJs and Feedback

On May 13 we arrived at Ultrasound — a vinyl shop in Valencia's Ruzafa neighbourhood.

We brought the TENSA mixer, the external power supply, the analogue VU meters and the knobs — all separately, so every element could be shown up close: how the power unit is built, what the meters look like, which controls do what. TENSA is not just a tube mixer — it is a boutique, handcrafted instrument, assembled component by component.

Three hours in the shop: several Valencia DJs took turns playing on the mixer. Anyone who walked into Ultrasound was welcome to put a record on and try it themselves. We collected feedback and took photos.

The reaction was unanimous: everyone loved it.

We handed out TENSA brochures on the spot and left a stack at the shop's till.
