Privacy Policy
TENSA is run by Evgenii Goriaev, a self-employed sole trader (autónomo) registered in Spain. This page explains what happens to the details you leave on tensa.cc and what this site does when you visit it.
Who is responsible

What we collect
- What you type into a form on this site: your name, email address, phone number and message. When you place a preorder, we also collect your billing and shipping address, whether you buy as a private person or a company, and the company name and VAT number. If you ask for project updates, we keep your email address for that.
- How you use the site, only if you accept analytics and advertising cookies (see below).
We do not buy data about you from anyone.
Why, and on what basis
- To reply to you and to handle your order and warranty (contract).
- To issue invoices and keep them for as long as tax law requires (legal obligation).
- To send you project news, if you asked for it (consent; you can withdraw it at any time).
- To understand how the site is used and to show our ads to people interested in TENSA (consent).
- To keep spam out of our forms (legitimate interest).
Analytics and advertising
We use Google Analytics to see how visitors find and use this site: pages viewed, time on site, country and device. We use the Meta Pixel (Facebook / Instagram) to target our ads. It tells Meta that you visited tensa.cc and, for example, opened the configurator, so that we can show TENSA to people who are interested in it and measure whether our ads work.
Neither of them receives your name, email or address from our forms. You can block these cookies in your browser settings or with a content blocker, and manage your ad preferences in your Meta and Google accounts.
Who else sees your data
We never sell your data. Only these services process it for us:
- our hosting provider, Hetzner Online GmbH;
- Cloudflare, which delivers the site and protects it from attacks;
- Google reCAPTCHA, which checks that forms are filled in by a person;
- Google Analytics and Meta, as described above;
- the courier who delivers your TENSA (name, address, phone);
- our bank and tax adviser (invoices).
Google, Meta and Cloudflare may process data in the USA under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
How long we keep it
We keep your data for as long as we are talking, and afterwards for as long as we may need it for your order or your warranty. Invoices and order records are kept for at least 4 years, as required by Spanish tax law. Ask us to delete anything else and we will.
Cookies
- Necessary cookies keep your session and protect forms from abuse. They are always on.

- Meta Pixel: _fbp, _fbc — up to 3 months.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to its use, or take it with you: write to [email protected]. Every project update we send has an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing does not affect an order you have placed. You can also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
