TENSA is run by Evgenii Goriaev, a self-employed sole trader (autónomo) registered in Spain. This page explains what happens to the details you leave on tensa.cc.
What we collect
Only what you type into a form on this site: your name, email address, phone number and message. If you ask for project updates, we keep your email address for that as well. We do not build profiles and we do not buy data about you from anyone.
Why we keep it
To reply to you, to discuss your order, and — if you asked for it — to send you news about the project. Nothing else.
Who we share it with
Nobody. We do not sell, rent or hand your data to third parties. It sits on our own hosting and passes through the mail server that delivers our messages to you — no one else sees it.
How long we keep it
For as long as we are talking, and afterwards while we may still need it for a warranty or an order. Ask us to delete it and we will.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it — use the Contact us button at the bottom of any page. Every project update we send has an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing does not affect an order you have placed.
